You may also place your orders by printing an Order Form then:

Fax the Order Form  with your credit card details to 435-655-9203.

 Mail the Order Form with a check to Beyond the Brush. Mail to 8350 Meadowview Ct,
#C-12, Park City, UT, 84098. The order will be filled as soon as the check clears. A $25 fee will be applied to NSF checks.

Shipping

Prints are produced when ordered and are typically shipped within seven business days.

Actual shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart. A flat rate fee of $8.00 for packaging and handling plus the cost of insurance for the full value of the order will be transparently added to the shipping cost. Thus what is shown to you on your order confirmation as shipping costs includes those two additional items.

Guarantee

We guarantee all prints to be printed on 100% cotton rag, acid free, fine art watercolor paper They are printed with archival inks on archival paper and are expected to be fade free in excess of 50 years. However, like almost any kind of art they can fade much quicker than that if displayed in direct sunlight or other high intensity light. To protect your prints you MUST frame them covered with glass for UV protection and they should not be hung in direct sunlight.  We will not be responsible for replacing any prints which have faded due to being hung in direct sunlight or high intensity lighting. Should a print fade for any other reason, contact us with the description of the problem and we will replace that same print in its same size at no charge.

Return Policy

If an order is damaged in shipping, contact the shipper for instructions. They will need the insurance number and invoice we have provided you and will want to inspect the carton, packing material and damaged goods. They will contact us, reimburse us directly and we will send you a replacement print.

If you receive a print from us that is defective, please call Beyond the Brush at 801-856-7727 within ten days and we will arrange to replace it at no charge.

We value your privacy. Any information collected by Beyond the Brush will be solely used by this company and not sold or given to anyone.
